There is no need to rush. What matters most is sincerity, consistency, and a willingness to learn and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In today\u2019s fast-moving world, the Dhamma offers a steady light \u2014 guiding us to live mindfully, speak kindly, and act with intention. Let us take a few moments each day to pause, breathe, and return to what truly matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the Dhammapada reminds us:<br>\u201cBy oneself is evil done; by oneself is one defiled. By oneself is evil left undone; by oneself is one purified. Purity and impurity depend on oneself \u2014 no one can purify another.\u201d (Dhammapada, verse 165)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We look forward to sharing more reflections and teachings that inspire wholesome living and deepen our connection to the Dhamma.
