Our Vision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

At Persatuan Buddhist Hilir Perak (PBHP), our vision is to spread the light of the Buddha-Dhamma for the peace and true happiness of one and all. We hope to grow a community that\u2019s spiritually grounded, compassionate, and connected through the Dhamma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We take a non-sectarian approach, welcoming the wisdom of all Buddhist traditions\u2014Theravada, Mahayana, and Vajrayana. Rather than focus on differences, we emphasise the heart of the teachings that unite us. Our talks, programs, and library resources reflect this spirit of openness and harmony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With a bilingual approach using both Chinese and English, we aim to make the Dhamma accessible across generations and cultures\u2014so that more people can learn, reflect, and find meaning in their own way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We believe in using diverse and skillful means to share the Dhamma\u2014offering activities for all ages, from children and teenagers to working adults and seniors. Whether it\u2019s through classes, discussions, or community service, we try to make learning the Dhamma practical and relevant to everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, we try to balance reaching out and looking within\u2014serving the community while also encouraging personal growth and self-cultivation. Guided by the spirit of \u201cServe to be perfect, be perfect to serve,\u201d<\/em> we do our best to walk the path together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u613f\u666f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u4e0b\u9739\u96f3\u4f5b\u6559\u4f1a (Persatuan Buddhist Hilir Perak\uff09\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u613f\u666f\u662f\u5f18\u626c\u4f5b\u9640\u7684\u6cd5\u706f\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e00\u5207\u4f17\u751f\u5e26\u6765\u548c\u5e73\u4e0e\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u5feb\u4e50\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u5728\u4f5b\u6cd5\u4e2d\u624e\u6839\u3001\u5bcc\u6709\u6148\u60b2\u5fc3\u3001\u5f7c\u6b64\u76f8\u8fde\u7684\u793e\u533a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u4eec\u79c9\u6301\u4e0d\u5206\u5b97\u6d3e\u7684\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u6b22\u8fce\u5357\u4f20\u3001\u6c49\u4f20\u548c\u85cf\u4f20\u4f5b\u6559\u7684\u667a\u6167\u4e0e\u4fee\u884c\u4f20\u7edf\u3002\u4e0d\u5f3a\u8c03\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u6ce8\u91cd\u80fd\u5c06\u6211\u4eec\u8fde\u7ed3\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6559\u4e49\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5f18\u6cd5\u8bb2\u5ea7\u3001\u8bfe\u7a0b\u4ee5\u53ca\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u8d44\u6e90\u7686\u4f53\u73b0\u4e86\u8fd9\u79cd\u5f00\u653e\u4e0e\u548c\u8c10\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u4eec\u91c7\u53d6\u53cc\u8bed\u6559\u5b66\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e2d\u6587\u548c\u82f1\u6587\u8fdb\u884c\u5f18\u6cd5\uff0c\u8ba9\u4e0d\u540c\u5e74\u9f84\u5c42\u548c\u6587\u5316\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u80fd\u5b66\u4e60\u4f5b\u6cd5\u3001\u6df1\u5165\u601d\u8003\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u610f\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u8fd0\u7528\u591a\u79cd\u5584\u5de7\u65b9\u4fbf\u6765\u5f18\u626c\u4f5b\u6cd5\u2014\u2014\u4e3a\u513f\u7ae5\u3001\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u3001\u6210\u4eba\u5230\u957f\u8005\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u9002\u5408\u5404\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u4e0d\u8bba\u662f\u8bfe\u7a0b\u3001\u8ba8\u8bba\u4f1a\u6216\u793e\u533a\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u90fd\u52aa\u529b\u8ba9\u4f5b\u6cd5\u5b66\u4e60\u66f4\u8d34\u8fd1\u73b0\u5b9e\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u52aa\u529b\u5728\u5bf9\u5916\u5f18\u6cd5\u4e0e\u81ea\u6211\u53cd\u601d\u4e4b\u95f4\u53d6\u5f97\u5e73\u8861\u2014\u2014\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u670d\u52a1\u793e\u4f1a\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u9f13\u52b1\u4e2a\u4eba\u6210\u957f\u4e0e\u81ea\u6211\u4fee\u6301\u3002\u5728\u201c\u670d\u52a1\u4e2d\u6210\u5c31\u5706\u6ee1\uff0c\u4ee5\u5706\u6ee1\u800c\u670d\u52a1\u201d\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u5f15\u5bfc\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5171\u540c\u8d70\u5728\u8fd9\u6761\u4fee\u5b66\u4e4b\u8def\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our Story<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The beginnings of our community trace back to the personal journey of our founder, Bro. Oh Teik Bin. Coming from a traditional Chinese and Taoist background, his early search for truth led him through various religious and philosophical paths. During his years as a teacher, he encountered the profound teachings of the Buddha, which brought clarity, purpose, and a deep sense of inner peace. Moved by the transformative power of the Dhamma, he felt inspired to share its wisdom with others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the 1980s, he and a few like-minded friends came together with the shared vision of establishing a Dhamma centre to serve the Teluk Intan and Lower Perak region. This vision took form with the founding of PBHP in 1987. From 1987 to 1993, the community operated from members’ homes and rented spaces. A significant milestone was reached in 1994 when PBHP moved into its very first building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the tireless dedication and generosity of its members and supporters, PBHP has grown steadily over the years. Today, it stands as a vibrant society with its own premises that include puja halls for worship, a library for study, auditorium and classrooms for learning and reflection. These facilities have greatly enhanced our capacity for outreach and education in the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What began as a personal spiritual journey has blossomed into a collective effort to learn, serve, and grow together in the Dhamma. At the heart of all our efforts is the aspiration to connect hearts through Dhamma\u2014spreading its light for the peace and true happiness of all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u6545\u4e8b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u4eec\u793e\u533a\u7684\u8d77\u6e90\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u5230\u521b\u529e\u4eba \u5434\u5fb7\u6c11\u5c45\u58eb \u7684\u4e00\u6bb5\u4e2a\u4eba\u4fee\u884c\u4e4b\u8def\u3002\u4ed6\u51fa\u8eab\u4e8e\u4f20\u7edf\u7684\u534e\u4eba\u9053\u6559\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u65e9\u5e74\u4fbf\u8e0f\u4e0a\u4e86\u5bfb\u6c42\u771f\u7406\u7684\u65c5\u7a0b\uff0c\u66fe\u63a2\u7d22\u8fc7\u591a\u79cd\u5b97\u6559\u4e0e\u54f2\u5b66\u4f53\u7cfb\u3002\u5728\u62c5\u4efb\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u5c81\u6708\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ed6\u63a5\u89e6\u5230\u4f5b\u9640\u6df1\u5965\u7684\u6559\u6cd5\uff0c\u8fd9\u4efd\u667a\u6167\u4e3a\u4ed6\u5e26\u6765\u4e86\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u3001\u4eba\u751f\u7684\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6df1\u6c89\u7684\u5185\u5728\u5b89\u5b81\u3002\u56e0\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u4f5b\u6cd5\u7684\u8f6c\u5316\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u4ed6\u751f\u8d77\u4e86\u5c06\u6b64\u667a\u6167\u5206\u4eab\u7ed9\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u613f\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1980\u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e0e\u51e0\u4f4d\u5fd7\u540c\u9053\u5408\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u5171\u540c\u53d1\u5fc3\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5728\u5b89\u987a\u4e0e\u4e0b\u9739\u96f3\u5730\u533a\u5efa\u7acb\u4e00\u4e2a\u4f5b\u6cd5\u5b66\u4e60\u4e0e\u5f18\u626c\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u613f\u666f\u6700\u7ec8\u4e8e1987\u5e74\u5b9e\u73b0\uff0c\u5e76\u4fc3\u6210\u4e86**\u9739\u96f3\u4e0b\u9739\u96f3\u4f5b\u6559\u4f1a\uff08PBHP\uff09**\u7684\u6210\u7acb\u3002\u4ece1987\u5e74\u81f31993\u5e74\uff0c\u8be5\u56e2\u4f53\u5728\u4f1a\u5458\u7684\u4f4f\u5bb6\u53ca\u79df\u7528\u7684\u573a\u6240\u4e2d\u8fd0\u4f5c\u30021994\u5e74\uff0cPBHP\u8fce\u6765\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u2014\u2014\u642c\u8fc1\u81f3\u9996\u5ea7\u5c5e\u4e8e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4f1a\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u4f1a\u5458\u4e0e\u62a4\u6301\u8005\u4e0d\u61c8\u7684\u5949\u732e\u4e0e\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0cPBHP \u591a\u5e74\u6765\u6301\u7eed\u7a33\u5065\u6210\u957f\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0cPBHP \u5df2\u62e5\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4f1a\u6240\uff0c\u8bbe\u6709\u793c\u4f5b\u6bbf\u3001\u4f5b\u6cd5\u56fe\u4e66\u9986\u3001\u591a\u7528\u9014\u793c\u5802\u4ee5\u53ca\u8bfe\u5ba4\uff0c\u4e3a\u5b66\u4e60\u3001\u5171\u4fee\u548c\u53cd\u601d\u63d0\u4f9b\u826f\u597d\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bbe\u65bd\u6781\u5927\u5730\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u672c\u5730\u793e\u533a\u8fdb\u884c\u5f18\u6cd5\u4e0e\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
